About us

The advice that works is the advice that gets done.

I am Shalev, one of the three founders of Advizly. I have been an entrepreneur most of my life, building my own ventures, and along the way I found myself accompanying dozens of businesses that needed help with the business side. The same problem kept showing up everywhere, and that problem became Advizly.

The story

The problem we kept running into

When you sit with enough business owners you notice something. They are excellent at their profession, and the thing that holds them back is almost never the profession. It is the business around it: the pricing that was set by gut feeling, the leads nobody followed up on, the decision that keeps getting postponed.

And even when they get good advice, from a consultant, a podcast or a course, a month later most of it has not moved. Not because anyone is lazy. Simply because nobody broke the advice into a first step for this specific business, and nobody came back a week later to ask what happened with it.

That is the whole idea behind Advizly: an advisor that knows the business, and stays until things get done.

Why Advizly exists

The gap in the market is simple

Good consulting works — but it is far away

At hundreds of shekels an hour, most small businesses cannot keep a consultant close. They get an hour a month, if that — and the hard decisions happen on a Tuesday at 11pm, not in the monthly meeting.

General AI is close — but it does not know you

It is available and cheap, but it does not know your business, it flatters you, and it disappears after the answer. No plan, no task, nobody asking whether it got done.

So we built what was missing in the middle: an advisor that knows your business, builds a plan with you, and follows it through.

The founders

Three partners, one vision

Each of us brings a different piece, and all three of us are here for the same reason: small businesses deserve the kind of guidance that until now only big ones could afford.

Shalev

Business & method

An entrepreneur with ventures of his own, who has accompanied dozens of businesses over the years. The advisory method inside Advizly is built from that experience.

Julian

Brand & experience

Responsible for how Advizly looks, sounds and feels, so that serious business guidance also feels like a product people enjoy using.

Gal

Product & technology

Builds the platform itself, from the advisor to the tools around it, and makes sure everything simply works.

What we build by

The principles that hold it together

Truth before phrasing

We are not after nice messaging, we are after truth you can work with. An advisor that flatters you on everything is not worth much, so ours is built to stay objective even when it is less pleasant to hear.

Process before tips

A single tip does not change a business. What changes it is a working process, measurement, and doing things in the right order. Marketing, for example, comes after identity and pricing, not before.

Execution before noise

If it cannot work in the real world it has no value, even if it looks amazing in a presentation. That is why every conversation with the advisor ends in a specific step and not in "think about it".

Measurement before feeling

"It feels like things are going well" is not data. We work with measurable goals and real numbers, and decisions get made by them instead of by the mood of the week.

Where we are

We are in our founders launch. And we say so out loud.

You will not find customer logos or testimonials here yet, because we do not have any we can show honestly, and we are not going to invent them. What we do have is a method that grew out of years of real work with businesses, a product that works and is free to try, and founders terms for the people who join at this stage and shape it with us.

Try the advisor on your own business. That is the honest way to judge us.
