What this site collects, and who receives it
This page is about the advizly.ai website — the pages you are browsing right now. It lists every service that gets data about your visit, what each one does, and how to turn them off. The Advizly app has its own policy, because it handles entirely different information.
This website
No account, no business data. What exists here is browsing: which pages you opened, where you arrived from, and what you clicked. The policy on this page covers exactly that.
The Advizly app
Everything after you register — your name, your phone, your business numbers and your conversations with the advisor — is handled under a separate policy.
Who receives data about your visit
Four external services, listed in full. Each runs only after you allow its category.
| Service | What it does | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Pixel Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) | Identifies that you reached the site so we can measure advertising and show ads to people who already visited. Sets the _fbp cookie for 90 days. | Marketing |
| Google Tag · GT-WF837RWK Google | Measures which pages are read, where you arrived from and how long you stayed, so we know what works on the site and what does not. | Measurement |
| Microsoft Clarity Microsoft | Records the visit: your mouse movement, clicks and scrolling on the page. The recording is meant to find places where the site is confusing. | Measurement |
| Hostinger Reach Hostinger (also hosts the site) | A marketing tool from the hosting company, which receives visit data for marketing measurement. | Marketing |
Beyond these, the server that hosts the site keeps standard access logs — the address of the page requested, the time, and the IP address — the way every web server does. They are used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies, and changing your mind
Nothing runs before you choose
When you arrive for the first time, none of the services in the table above have loaded. They are held back until you make a choice in the banner. Choosing "decline" is recorded exactly like choosing "accept", and it keeps them held back.
What we store about your choice
One cookie, named az_consent, holding your two answers (measurement, marketing) and the date you answered. It lasts 180 days, and it is the only cookie this site sets on its own.
The cookies the services set
Once you allow a category, the services in it set their own cookies. The Meta pixel sets _fbp for 90 days; Google and Microsoft set theirs for periods they define. We do not control those durations, which is why the choice sits with you.
Changing your answer
The link below reopens the banner with your current answers. You can change them whenever you like, and the change applies from that moment on.
Your rights
We apply the stricter standard rather than the minimum required of us, so these hold wherever you are.
Know and access
Ask what is held about your visit and receive the answer. The table above is the short version, available without asking.
Withdraw and object
Withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings, with no need to explain. You can also object to marketing use specifically.
Deletion
Ask for deletion of what relates to you. Where the data sits with one of the services above, we pass the request on and tell you what came back.
We do not sell your data
Not to anyone, for any price. The services in the table receive data in order to do the job they are listed for, and for nothing else.
Children
Advizly is a tool for business owners. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes to this page
If a service is added or removed, the table above changes with it — it is generated from the actual list, not maintained by hand. A change that affects what you consented to reopens the banner.
A privacy question
Write to us and a person answers. For anything to do with your data, your rights, or a request to delete:
This policy covers the advizly.ai website. For the app, see the policy linked at the top of this page.
